§ Process · How we work
Four steps.
Zero surprises.
Every project — a simple banner or a large monument sign — runs through the same four stages. Here's exactly what to expect, when to expect it, and what you'll get at each stage.
- IDay 1–3
Consult
We meet (in person, on-site, or over a quick call), walk the storefront or vehicle, study the brand and get clear on the goal. You leave with a scope, a realistic timeline and a fixed-fee quote.
You receive
- Site visit / measurements
- Scope + fixed quote
- Material recommendations
- IIWeek 1–2
Design
Concepts mocked up on a real photo of your storefront or vehicle — not a flat artboard. Two rounds of revisions included; we keep iterating until it's right.
You receive
- Photo-realistic mockups
- Color + material samples
- 2 revision rounds
- IIIWeek 2–4
Fabricate
Your project is produced to the approved specifications — CNC routed, printed, laminated, wired and quality-checked where applicable. Nothing ships until the install lead signs off.
You receive
- Production quality control
- QC sign-off
- Permit drawings (if needed)
- IVWeek 3–8
Install
Permitted, licensed and insured crews. We protect the site, install on-pattern, clean up, and walk you through care before we leave.
You receive
- Site protection
- On-pattern install
- Cleanup + walkthrough
- Care instructions
§ Principles
How we keep it honest.
Produced & Quality Checked
Design, production, specialty fabrication, permitting, and installation are coordinated through one accountable local team.
Written scope, clear estimates
Every estimate is tied to a written scope of work. Changes to scope, materials, or site conditions are documented and priced before we proceed — no surprise invoices.
Real materials
Cast vinyl, UL / ETL listed components, aluminum returns. We don't compete on the cheapest sticker.
Built to last
Premium cast vinyl, UL / ETL listed components and proven install techniques — built to hold up to Central Illinois weather.
Most projects start with a 15-minute call.
