§ Local to Bloomington, IL

From two-truck trades to multi-state service companies running through Bloomington, Normal, McLean County, Peoria, Champaign, and the rest of Central Illinois: we run fleet wrap programs that keep every unit consistent and on-brand.

A fleet graphics program uses one approved design across every body style in your operation. We save the artwork and vehicle templates, then coordinate each installation around your routes and vehicle availability.

When you add another vehicle, the approved files stay on hand. We confirm the new scope, production needs, and bay schedule so the next unit matches the fleet.

§ Fleet Wrap Program

A program,
not a project.

Our fleet wrap program is the system that keeps a multi-vehicle brand consistent month after month and year after year: from the first onboarding call to the day a truck rolls out of service. Built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home-service, contractor, and municipal fleets across Bloomington, Normal, and Central Illinois.

01

Fleet onboarding checklist

A single shared checklist gets every new account from kickoff to first install without missed details.

  • Brand asset handoff (logos, fonts, colors, Pantones)
  • Vehicle inventory: VIN, year/make/model, body style, condition
  • DOT, MC, GVWR, and reflective compliance requirements
  • Primary contact, billing contact, and install scheduler
  • Rollout window, priority units, and downtime tolerance
02

Vehicle intake process

Each unit moves through the same intake before it hits the bay, so install day has zero surprises.

  • VIN-matched template pulled or built from scan
  • Pre-install photos for paint, dents, and existing graphics
  • Wash + IPA prep, panel-by-panel quality check
  • Driver sign-off on bay schedule and pickup time
  • Post-install QC, photo set, and warranty card on file
03

Reorder process

Adding truck #12 should feel like adding truck #2. Send the VIN: we handle the rest.

  • VIN + body style → stored template pulled promptly
  • Stored vehicle templates and approved artwork reduce repeat design work
  • Panels printed and laminated on the next available production run
  • Bay scheduling confirmed based on production load and vehicle condition
  • New unit added to your fleet roster and reorder log
04

Brand standards storage

Your approved fleet program stays on file so the next installation matches the first, even years later.

  • Master design files versioned per body style
  • Locked Pantone/CMYK build for every print run
  • Approved logo lockups, decal sizes, and clear-space rules
  • DOT lettering specs stored with the brand kit
  • Single source of truth shared across your team and ours
05

Per-vehicle rollout schedule

We sequence installations around routes, seasons, and vehicle availability to help keep the fleet working.

  • Priority units (sales, lead service) wrapped first
  • Install cadence set by vehicle size, coverage, and production load
  • Per-vehicle install duration varies by body and coverage
  • Quarterly slots reserved for ongoing fleet adds
  • Schedule shared and updated with your fleet manager
06

Maintenance, removal & replacement plan

Plan fleet wraps as a multi-year branding asset. Replacement planning depends on the material system, exposure, vehicle use, graphic condition, brand changes and the fleet's vehicle-replacement schedule.

  • Care guide: wash routine, fuel/oil cleanup, what to avoid
  • Spot repairs for panels damaged in service
  • Annual fleet walk-through for fade, lift, and edge check
  • Coordinate graphic removal at lease turn-in, vehicle replacement or rebranding. Removal results depend on the film's age, exposure and the condition of the underlying paint. Damage-free removal is not guaranteed on every vehicle.
  • Replacement planned proactively based on graphic condition and fleet needs.

§ Warranty

Workmanship & materials

§ Preparation

Vehicle prep matters

Ceramic coatings, recent wax, and body-shop residues affect vinyl adhesion. Review the preparation acknowledgment before your install so we can plan for the surface condition of your vehicle.

§ FAQ

Questions, answered.

How are future fleet additions quoted?

Each fleet addition is custom quoted using the stored approved artwork, vehicle template, current material requirements, vehicle condition, and installation scope. Reusing an approved design can reduce repeat design work, but future project pricing is not guaranteed or locked.

How many trucks can you wrap per week?

Fleet installs are scheduled in phases so you never have your whole fleet down at once. Install capacity varies with vehicle size, wrap coverage, and production scheduling; larger programs are sequenced across multiple weeks.

Do you handle DOT and reflective compliance?

USDOT, MC numbers, GVWR markings, and reflective tape can be included when the approved scope requires them. We confirm the required markings during the consultation.

Can you wrap a fleet that includes mixed makes and model years?

Yes. We use the correct vehicle-specific template for each unit so the approved design can be adapted across different makes, models, and body styles.

What happens when we add a truck six months later?

Send us the VIN. We pull the stored template, print the panels for that body, and book the bay. Scheduling for a single-truck addition depends on production load and vehicle condition. We confirm the target installation window when the vehicle is booked.
