Surface acknowledgments
- I confirm the vehicle surface to be wrapped is NOT ceramic-coated and has NOT been waxed, sealed, or coated in the days prior to drop-off.
- I have disclosed any known ceramic coatings, waxes, sealants, recent detailing, repaint work, or body repair on the panels to be wrapped.
- I understand the vehicle must arrive clean and that I am responsible for washing it prior to drop-off using a product that does NOT add wax, ceramic, or sealant to the surface.
- I understand that if the vehicle is not adequately washed at drop-off, an additional cleaning charge will be added to the invoice to prepare the surface for installation.
- I understand wraps require sound factory paint in good condition; aftermarket paint, previously repaired panels, or oxidized clear coat may affect adhesion and removability.
- I understand horizontal-facing surfaces (hoods, roofs, trailer tops) experience the harshest exposure and typically have shorter expected service life than vertical panels.
- I have read the customer-care guidance in the Warranty & Product Care resource and understand cleaning, washing, and coating restrictions after installation.
