Patrol Vehicle and Boat Graphics for law-enforcement agency in Bloomington, IL
The McLean County Sheriff's Office came to Simply Divine Signs & Wraps after the shop that had been doing their vehicle graphics closed. We photographed the vehicles they already had, matched the artwork, and printed it on wrap film that we then plotted into decals. Six jobs so far: five patrol vehicles and one patrol boat.

What the customer needed
The shop that had been doing the agency's vehicle graphics closed. The markings themselves were already settled, so what the Sheriff's Office needed was somebody who could reproduce them exactly, county star included, and keep a new vehicle looking like the ones already on the road.
§ The Solution
What we did
We started by photographing the vehicles the agency already had, so we could work from what was on them rather than from a file nobody had. The lettering is black and gold, and we reproduced the McLean County star artwork to match. Everything is printed on wrap film and then plotted into decals, so each piece goes on as its own shape instead of covering the panel. Six jobs so far: five patrol vehicles and one patrol boat. The K-9 unit is the most recent of them. It carries the K-9 caution markings and the dog's name on the rear quarter glass.
